Crafting a Sacred Ritual in the Heart of Jaipur
Cafe Nola was born from a singular obsession: to build a sanctuary where architectural minimalism, masterfully pulled espresso, and authentic culinary hospitality coexist seamlessly.

Located on Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg (opposite Hotel Clarks Amer), Cafe Nola was founded by Namokar Jain and Beverage Director Sanjeet Walia as Jaipur's pioneering culinary destination pairing cold foam coffee science with scratch-baked French Viennoiserie.
Every shot is dialed using 100% organic beans sourced from Araku Valley and Kerala estates, complemented by artisan house-crafted coffee reductions and daily fresh bakes.
“We didn't build Cafe Nola to be just another coffee shop. We built a vibrant neighborhood living room where world-class coffee craft and culinary hospitality meet seamlessly.”
— Namokar Jain & Sanjeet Walia, Co-Founders
